How to Download a Bank Statement for Accounting (POHODA)

To enable us to process your accounts quickly and without unnecessary manual data entry, please send us your bank statements in GPC (ABO) or XML format. Here is how to obtain the statement from your bank.
How to submit your statement to us
Choose one of the following options: • Upload the file to the shared Google Drive folder we have set up for you. • Send the statement by email to hpfinanc@gmail.com.
Recommended file formats
The most suitable format is XML (ISO 20022 / camt.053, if supported by your bank), or alternatively GPC (ABO). If your bank allows both formats, we recommend sending both. A PDF statement may only be sent as a supplementary document – for accounting processing, we require GPC or XML.
How often to send statements
We recommend at least once a week, ideally on an ongoing basis. Sending statements regularly allows us to keep your accounts up to date and respond to any discrepancies in good time.
Instructions by bank
Each bank has its statement export located in a slightly different place. Which format is best for POHODA?
The most suitable format is XML, followed by GPC (ABO). Both formats enable automated processing in the POHODA system and minimise the risk of manual data entry errors.
